Rates are for 2026 bills (fiscal year 2026-27), for a typical home in each area. Sales are single-family homes the county marks as valid, October 2025 to September 2026, from Iredell County's records through September 30, 2026. "Sales vs. 2023 values" compares each home's sale price with the county's own value for that home. The county keeps only each home’s latest sale, so the 2022 counts leave out homes that have sold again since.
